Update: A subsequent publication of the Contract Award Notice on the central digital platform (Find a Tender service) has resulted in a later standstill end date. The SSRO will apply this later date. The standstill period will therefore end at midnight on Friday 8 May 2026 and the SSRO will not enter into the contract before the end of this period.
This Contract Award Notice is published in accordance with:
- Section 50 of the Procurement Act 2023, which requires the publication of a Contract Award Notice; and
- Regulation 5(5) of the Procurement Regulations 2024, which permits publication on an alternative online system where publication on the central digital platform is not currently possible.
The SSRO, as contracting authority, confirms that:
- This notice has been submitted for publication on the central digital platform (Find a Tender service);
- at the time of publication, confirmation of successful publication has not been received and the notice is not yet accessible to the public on that platform; and
- the conditions set out in Regulation 5(5) are satisfied.
At the time of publication, this is due to a technical issue affecting publication on the central digital platform. Accordingly, this notice is published on this website as an alternative online system.
For the time being, this publication is to be treated as if the notice had been published on the central digital platform.
Standstill Period
In accordance with section 51(2) of the Procurement Act 2023, a mandatory standstill period of 8 working days applies.
The standstill period begins on the date of publication of this Contract Award Notice, being 23 April 2026, and will end at midnight on the eighth working day thereafter, being 5 May 2026.
The SSRO will not enter into the contract before the end of this period.
